Jessica Blaine, a 20-year veteran in the hair business is the owner of Sweetpea's Shears, a full service salon. A native of Washington DC, Jessica graduated from Dudley's Beauty Acadamy in  1986. Jessica, a weave specialist, has organized and attended several Hair shows as well as Advanced Classes. It's therefore not surprising that she provides outstanding customer service along with trendy, innovative styles that fits everyday lifestyle. Her deep passion for hair and beauty, combined with unique creativity, keeps her on the cutting edge of the industry.
